    Acres: ~900
    ROS: Moderate
    ROC: 60 Personnel, 3 helicopters
    heavy dead and down timber

    Structures: are not currently threatened
    Special Hazards:
    Resources: According to friend assigned to the fire a Type-II team is being ordered.
    Radio Frequencies:
    Weather Info: windy
    Other Comments: Fire has grown steadily for the past 2 days.
    Was 100 Acres when first resources arrived at approx. 1600 on 6/24

    The current acreage guess is 2000.
    That would be doubt the guess at 1300 local time and quadruple the guess at 0900.

    Huge header visable from Little America and the wind is dragging the smoke hard to the NorthWest

    Report from the ground indicates slightly less intense burning compared to yesterday.
    Fire is still spreading in all directions with current estimated acreage 26,000.
    Some of that is burn-out operation.
    Satellite image shows two columns.

    Significant Events Several firefighters are supressing the fire Additional engines have been ordered. 3 Helicopters are working the fire

    Spoke with folks on the fire. It is still cranking and the satellite data shows that to be true.
