Funny that is what us pilots and aircraft mechanics have told the US LMA's since the '47, DC10, and even the ideas of using A10's was were discussed 16-17 yrs ago.

The idea of using Jeeeet aircraft and $7.00 USD for JetA is now upon us and we as mechanics and pilots KNOW the associated training costs and MX checks such as A throuhg D checks and Progressive MX is and hopefully going to be included in the up n coming 5X5 or 10 yr contracts. Again this is NOTHING new to us....it will be a shocker as was the '47 and '10 at their hourly rates.

What?? The LMA's thought aviation was free?? Wait til you see a repair bill for a replacement engine, vertical stabilizer, flaps. horiz stab....you think Type 1 thru 6 engines prices were bad....STANDBY!!!
